Meaghan Roy, joined the Newswatch team as a part-time videographer in December 2007, and became CHEX Sports reporter in September 2010.

She graduated from the Broadcast Journalism Program at Loyalist and also attended York University for History.

Meaghan is a hometown girl, born and raised in Peterborough.

She's a huge sports lover, but enjoys covering all apects of the news.

When she's not working, she loves hanging with her family, especially at the cottage.
