The Drug unit of the Peterborough Lakefield Police raided an address on Simcoe Street Thursday afternoon and seized a quantity of drugs and drug paraphernalia including heroin, marihuana, hash, digital scales and cell phones. Two people were arrested at the scene and a third surrendered this morning. Facing a number of drug charges are 21-year old Joshua Steele, 18-year old Kenzie Carter and 23-year old Christopher Rowe, all of Peterborough. The all had court appearances this morning.
